DPD Depot Galway notice 11/11/2021

Dear customers,

Unfortunately we have had some disruption in our service to Galway. We are currently deploying our business continuity plan. For a short period of time our service will be impacted.

It will take us a couple of weeks to return to normality, rest assured we are doing everything in our power to continue to bring you great service.

This issue only affects Galway city and county.

Brexit Update January 4th 2021

All deliveries to the UK are temporarily suspended due to customs issues. Please note this does not effect Northern Ireland.

Christmas Delivery Update December 11th 2020

DPD will be operating and making deliveries up to the 24th of December our last dispatch day will be the 23rd, it is advised that while we will be able to dispatch up to the 23rd we cannot guarantee a delivery on the 24th so it is best to have your order placed in advance to make sure it is turned around and delivered to you in time

The country has seen a recent surge in cases of Covid-19. As a result the Government has advised that, effective Wednesday October 21st, the country will move into Level 5 restrictions.

Our aim is to mitigate any risk to our teams as far as possible so that we can continue to maintain a great delivery service across the country. We continue to operate a contactless delivery system. Our teams will continue to provide collection and delivery services for our customers, according to the Government and HSE guidelines.

DPD plays a critical role in the Supply Chain operating all over Ireland. Every day we deliver urgent products to GP Surgeries, to Pharmacies and Hospitals. We deliver essentials to people working from home, or at home caring for loved ones.
